- Awarded membership to Recharge's Presidents Club for 2022 calendar year achievements, including personally closing about 25% of the Strategic team’s quota for the year, bringing in over $3 million to Recharge across some of the largest merchants on the platform.
- Awarded company wide “Value Champion” award for October of 2023 for success in navigating particularly complex and challenging launches, data migrations and client relationships that have come through the Implementations pipeline to date.
- Direct point of contact for client communications, by email and by weekly Zoom meetings, keeping clients engaged and committed to the platform pre-launch, and keeping clients on schedule to launch by contracted date. On average in 2022, I held 9.1 calls per week with clients, whereas the Strategic team’s average calls per week was 2.6.
- Ownership of escalations and incident management as it relates to technical issues with launching a storefront or with data migrations. From expertise in this area, introduced and maintained the Migration Runbook document, as well as the Migration plan template within the Implementation team’s GuideCX platform, both of which rolled out to the entire Implementation team as standard practices.
- Established and improved Implementation team workflows and processes with creation of internal documentation hub (Knowledge Base), provided training seminar to Strategic Implementation team on how to structure client calls, use agendas and Drive folders, collaborated closely with internal team members on various initiatives, such as the Winback Runbook.
- Participated in interview panels to help hire two new Sr. Implementation Engineers, direct 1:1 mentorship and training of one.

- Managed 50+ contractors on diverse projects, from football stadiums to historic renovations, ranging from $3-$60 million via running weekly standups, maintaining project agendas, meeting minutes, submittal documentation and client relationships.
- Optimized resources by leading efforts to scale training and onboarding of new team members through creation and implementation of training tools in the onboarding process of projects to eliminate need for 50 + in-person trainings
- Developed and maintained PM software (Bluebeam) to build project roadmaps and dependencies that tracked all project documents, enabling consistent communication between internal and external stakeholders

My Voice
My Voice is a multifaceted communication tool with three main features: Picture to Speak, Type to Speak and Speech to Text, built with the Javascript WebSpeech API, Javascript, Python and Django. My Voice facilitates essential communication for people with special needs in both business and personal settings. Allows users speak into their computer microphone to generate and copy text, type a message that will be read aloud, or to create symbolic picture symbols that will speak a given message when clicked.
Team Spot
Team Spot is a project management tool where users can create and join different projects, create and assign action items to one another, as well as post on a communal message board. Team Spot was created using Python, Javascript and Django.
Team Spot is a group project with three other collaborators, where I was the team lead and owner of the github repository. I worked on the back end of each feature of the project.
